The CMA has great membership programs to fit any family and each membership comes with its own set of exciting benefits!
We just have a couple of conditions to our memberships: - Memberships will be verified by driver's license numbers.
- One adult member (one named adult on card) must be present when using the membership.
- Members must abide by all CMA rules.
- Membership cards can be used by a sitter, however a Sitter Form must be on file. Calling ahead to make arrangements for your sitter is preferred.
- A condition of Senior Citizen membership is being ages 60 and above.
